    DOMESTIC ONLINE RETURNS (Australia wide)

    We want you to have the best experience with our clothing. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept the return of the merchandise within 14 days of your receipt of the order. Returned merchandise should appear to not have been worn, washed or tampered with. The item must be in near new condition, including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.

    To return merchandise for a refund, please send by registered mail to:

    Please include a copy of your order receipt as proof of purchase and make a note of the reason for your return. Please allow 10 working days from the receipt of your return. Refunds will be processed in the same manner as payments so if, for example, you paid by Mastercard you will receive a refund on your Mastercard.

    If merchandise is received by us after the 14 day return period it will not qualify for a refund. In this case, the parcel will be returned to sender.

     

    INTERNATIONAL ONLINE RETURNS (Rest of world)

    We want you to have the best experience with our clothing. If you are unhappy for any reason, we will gladly accept the return of the merchandise within 30 days of your receipt of the order. Returned merchandise should appear to not have been worn, washed or tampered with. The item must be in near new condition, including tags. Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns.

    I RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM

    In the rare case that you have received a faulty item, please contact our friendly staff at contact@rig-fit.com and outline that you're reporting a FAULTY item in the subject of your email. We will need the following details from you in order to proceed with replacing your faulty item:

    • Your Order ID
    • Pictures & description of the fault
    • Your contact information

    Please note that we will not replace any items that appear to have been worn, washed or tampered with. The item must be in near new condition.
